Can your staff really work US or UK business hours?
Yes. Night-shift work is standard practice in Pakistan's outsourcing sector. Your staff works your full business day — EST, PST, GMT or AEST — and our office provides backup power and dual internet lines so shifts are never interrupted.
How good is the English?
English is the language of university education and business in Pakistan. Every candidate we shortlist is interviewed in English, and for client-facing roles (support, sales) we test written and spoken communication before you ever see the CV. You interview every candidate yourself before hiring — nothing is taken on faith.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. You pay one flat monthly rate per staff member. Recruitment, onboarding, HR, payroll, workstation, supervision and replacement guarantee are all included. The rate we quote is the rate you pay.
What if the staff member doesn't work out?
First, we work with you to fix it — training gaps, process alignment, expectations. If the role genuinely isn't a fit, we replace the staff member free of charge. And because the agreement is monthly rolling, you're never locked in.
How is my data kept secure?
All staff sign NDAs and IP-assignment agreements enforceable under your contract with us. Work is done on managed workstations with access controls, and we follow your security policies — VPNs, password managers, restricted access — exactly as you specify.
Who actually employs the staff?
TechKoders does. We are the legal employer in Pakistan and handle contracts, payroll, taxes and local compliance. You direct the day-to-day work without any of the employer obligations — the simplest possible structure for you.
How fast can I start?
For common roles (VAs, support, bookkeeping) we typically present a shortlist within 5–7 working days, and most staff start within 15–25 days of your brief — including onboarding and training on your tools.

How do I manage daily work?

Exactly as you manage anyone remote: your tools, your standups, your task board. Slack, Teams, Asana, Jira — your staff works inside your stack from day one.

Can staff use my company email and systems?

Yes. Most clients issue a company email and accounts. We sign NDAs and follow your access policies; office machines are monitored and access-controlled.

What about holidays and leave?

Staff follow your working calendar where possible. Planned leave is notified in advance, and we coordinate cover for coverage-critical roles.

Can I start with one person and grow?

That's the normal path. Most clients start with a single seat, then add the second and third within months. Per-seat rates improve as the team grows.

Do you sign NDAs and data agreements?

Yes — our standard NDA or yours. Sensitive-data roles can be set up with restricted machines, no-phone floors and audited access.

Can I visit the office?

Anytime, by appointment. Plenty of clients drop in when travelling through Lahore — you'll meet your team at their actual desks at 325-Block-E, Johar Town.
