TechKoders provides dedicated remote staffing services from Lahore, Pakistan. TechKoders is the legal employer of all assigned staff and handles contracts, payroll, taxes and local compliance. Clients direct the day-to-day work of assigned staff.
Services are billed at a flat monthly rate per staff member, agreed in writing before commencement. There are no setup fees. Invoices are payable monthly in advance. Rates include staff salary, HR, payroll, workstation and supervision unless otherwise agreed.
Agreements run on a monthly rolling basis unless otherwise agreed. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
If an assigned staff member is not a fit for the role despite reasonable alignment efforts, TechKoders will source and onboard a replacement at no additional recruitment cost.
All assigned staff sign non-disclosure and intellectual-property assignment agreements. Work product created for the client belongs to the client. TechKoders staff follow the client's data-security policies as specified in the service agreement.
Clients agree not to directly employ or contract assigned staff outside of TechKoders during the engagement and for twelve months after, except by written agreement (a buy-out option is available).
TechKoders' liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the month in which a claim arises. TechKoders is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
