Working with your architectural draftsman

You interview and choose the person. We employ them, provide the workstation and office in Lahore, and handle HR, payroll and attendance. You assign the work and review it.

Can they also work in Revit?
Yes, if you need it. Tell us at the brief and we will shortlist drafters with Revit experience, or see our Revit / BIM Modeler role.
Who provides the AutoCAD, Revit or 3ds Max licence?
You can assign seats from your own Autodesk or software account, which keeps all files inside your environment. If you prefer, we can quote the licence into the monthly rate. The workstation, internet, backup power and office are already included.
Can your staff stamp or sign drawings?
No. Our staff produce the drawings, models and documents under your direction, and your licensed architect or engineer reviews, stamps and submits them. That keeps professional liability where your clients and authorities expect it.
Who owns the drawings and models?
You do. All work product and intellectual property is assigned to you, staff work on your servers, BIM 360/ACC, SharePoint or Google Drive, and confidentiality is covered in their employment contract with us.
Will they work our office hours?
Yes. Staff work a fixed shift that overlaps your business day, whether you are in the US, UK, Europe, Australia or the Gulf, so they join your morning coordination and hand work back the same day.
