What does the flat monthly rate actually include?
Salary, HR, payroll and payroll taxes, the workstation and equipment, office overheads and day-to-day supervision are all covered in one number. There's nothing billed separately on top.
Can I start with one hire and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with a single dedicated hire, then add roles or scale an existing role to a small team once the first hire is proven out.
Who owns the working relationship day to day?
You do. You set the tasks, priorities and standards; your hire reports to you like an in-house employee. TechKoders stays in the background handling recruitment, employment contracts, payroll and attendance.
What if the hire isn't working out?
We work with you first to close any gap. If the role genuinely isn't a fit, we replace the staff member at no extra recruitment cost. Agreements are monthly, so you're never locked in.
How is billing and time tracking handled?
TechKoders processes staff payroll through Paychex-integrated workflows and keeps company accounting in Zoho Books, so invoicing stays clean and auditable. Every dedicated hire logs hours via Hubstaff time-tracking, so you always have visibility into attendance and output.
